On 16 April 2026, Hon’ble Chief Minister Yumnam Khemchand Singh launched key digital initiatives at the CM Secretariat, including the e-Seba Manipur Portal and the Centralized RTI State Portal, in the presence of the Secretary (IT) and senior officials.

These platforms mark a significant milestone in strengthening citizen-centric governance, aligned with the vision of Digital India under Hon’ble Prime Minister Narendra Modi.

The e-Seba Manipur Portal is designed to deliver government-to-citizen services efficiently through a unified digital platform, ensuring ease of access, faster service delivery, and improved transparency. The Centralized RTI State Portal further empowers citizens by simplifying the process of accessing information under the Right to Information framework.

This initiative reinforces the Government’s commitment to building a robust and inclusive digital ecosystem, ensuring that public services reach every citizen seamlessly, with enhanced accountability and efficiency.
